Unkbeknownst to us, the location is not the best. We went off the reviews and quite frankly the reviews failed us. We had a late check-in due to our drive. Upon arrival it was notable that the building was refurbished. The lobby is welcoming, bright colors and appealing. The young man behind behind the counter "Esteban" was friendly and offered great customer service. However, I was assigned room 143 and that is where things went down-hill. Upon entering the room it was musky, broken fixtures in the bathroom, the bathubs finish was peeling and dirty. Since we were tired we ignored it and tried to settle in. When getting the beds ready we noticed an univited guest hiding under the covers, yes a cockroach darted out from under the covers, and that was the last straw. If you really can't find somewhere else to stay and your stuck at this place, avoid the rooms in the 140's as they sit right accross from the trash containers. I made my way to the front desk and explained the situation to "Esteban" he immediately apoligized and found us room room 241, which was in better condition, but the floors were noticeably dirty (candy wrappers on the floor, price tags on the floor and plain dirt). It was close to midnight at this point and we have two little ones, so we managed with what we had. Breakfast was a joke, we sat for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and could not eat. The semi-buffet was empty and the one attendant handling the dinning area, could not keep up with the demand. Per her words the scrambled eggs were not available, because they take long to cook. (1hr., plus to cook eggs). The mini fridge had no yogurts ect.... As we left the dinning area we observed local law enforcement attempting to remove a guest from a room. The corridors are an eye-sore. How is this place operational and remain open? This establishment charges a resort fee (a joke), but how? Far from anything that resembles a resort. In our case the fee and security deposit were refunded immediately upon check-out..

The room was nice but the customer service was horrible the people were rude the breakfast lady kept staring at me the whole time I was there made me feel uncomfortable the breakfast was free after two days I ate in my room

Ottimo motel molto pulito e situato in zona tranquilla. Ideale per visitare i parchi a tema. dista 15 minuti di auto da Disneyworld e 25 dagli Universal Studios. Cambio asciugamani e pulizia della camera giornaliera. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione a buffet molto varia e abbondante con tanta scelta sia dolce che salato (bacon, uova, patate, bagle, latte. the, caffè, cereali di più tipi, pancakes. waffle, formaggio spalmabile, frutta fresca...). La camera era dotata di cassaforte, frigo e microonde. Parco giochi per i bambini, piscina con lettini a disposizione. Parcheggio disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Prima hotel in prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het is zoals op foto's wordt aangegeven. Ontbijtruimte is wat klein ten opzichtte van aantal mensen wat er continu is, icm wat ongemakkelijke stoelen.
