VK - 蘇黎世機場 - 豪華 - 民宿 (VK - H - Zurich Airport - Luxury - Homestay - Haldenstrasse - Kloten)

This room was absolutely amazing! The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were thick and cozy, and the bathroom was incredibly clean. The neighborhood was really nice, quiet, and felt very safe to walk around. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful — they even took the time to show me exactly where my room was. I honestly regret not booking this place from the beginning, especially after the nightmare hostel I stayed at before. This place is a total upgrade. Highly recommended!

衞生程度尚算不錯，但毛巾不足 位置步行5分鐘可轉乘巴士出市區 Check-in速度很快，職員服務態度還可以 設施尚算完善，有廚房電視等等設施

這是我無數次出行訂民宿訂酒店住得最差最糟糕的一次.酒店實在機場三公里多的附近，從我8點到達後就一直是飛機低空飛行轟轟震耳欲聾的狀態，不明真相真會以為飛機轟炸了，直到晚上12點才會安靜下來，房間是一個倉庫改造，室內除了兩個宜家床什麼都沒有，一家人夜裡餵了一大堆蚊子，無數次起來打蚊子，一晚上不得睡覺，孩子也被咬得夠嗆，廁所和廚房在樓下是公用的，等於1200一晚就住一個破倉庫還被蚊子咬得滿是包，屋裡沒有紗窗也沒有防蚊設施，連充電插座都是在屋外找的，熱死了也沒用電扇，屋裡信號更是差得一塌糊塗，本想轉機好好睡一晚，沒想到是一個噩夢！！請問店家和永安，你們是怎麼騙中國人到這裏住收費的？就這樣的條件你能睡得着嗎？😡？我到瑞士無數次住宿也很多次，請問你怎麼拿執照的？我一定要投訴到底！！！把黑心錢退回來😡😡😡😡

最頂部的房間裏面有四個房間，住了四戶不同的客人，需要共用一個衞生間。還好我們衹是轉機前將就一晚。而且剛泡過温泉不需要再洗澡，否則還是有些不太方便。 飛機幾乎就在小陽台上方經過，如果拍攝飛機會是一個不錯的機位。還好九點以後就沒有飛機了，倒是不影響睡覺。

Es war eine von die schlimmste erfahrung die wie je gemacht haben. Auf die Webseiten Beschrieb man das Hotel zimmer als DELUXE ZIMMER mit Gartenblick. Als wir ankam, mussten wir feststellen, dass man sich das WC und Küche mit fremde menschen teilen muss. Bei der Bedingungen steht; Keine Kinder erlaubt und es waren etwa 4 Kinder in eine Wohnbereich vor Ort die wir angeblich auch teilen mussten. Wir konnten für so eine teuere preis in so eine Ort nicht bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal war frech und nicht hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir gegangen sind, weil das Zimmer nicht das entsprach was wir gebucht haben, hatten sie geweigert eine Stornierung zu akzeptieren, obwohl wir so enttäuscht waren, wurden wir auch noch beklaut. Außerdem gab keine richtige Rezeption, es war eifach eine Büro Tisch in eine Wohnzimmer, so etwas hatte ich da in der schweiz noch nie erlebt. Es war eine Enttäuschung. Ich empfehle es niemanden! BITTE AUFPASSEN⛔️

挺乾淨的，服務也很好

For go to the Airport is very good option, with the bus 765 take you at fast the door. The room is super, clean was very nice, but the kitchen must more devices. At the first floor can you bring coffee for free, I loved it.! The staff was very nice and friendly with us. We highly recommend it. Thank you.

The distance from airport was not as advertised  The tax charged was more than quoted on your website
