Stayed at Sin Lien Hotel — overall still ok. Room was basic but clean, staff were polite, and location was convenient. Good enough for a short stay.

The positive: - the staff at check-in and check-out arebith friendly and helpful - the room is clean - the location is good as it is walking distance to a mall and eateries - there is ample parking near the hotel The negative: - the aircon is a bit noisy - the other tenants can be heard as they walk past the corridor Overall, I enjoy my stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit.

This hotel has great location as it is surrounded by eateries nearby. Room is spacious, clean and tidy with clean white walls and no tint of yellow dirt or whatsoever. Makes one feel at ease. Staff are helpful and approachable and able to converse in simple basic English which is a plus for English speaking visitors. I would like to mention staff named Ana who was very helpful and reassuring when she picked up my mobile where I accidentally dropped on the sofa. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Lokasi di Kluang baru. Akses ke Sini mudah melalui pelabagai arah utara dari air hitam highway timur Mersing Dan pantai timur, selatan dari Johor Dan Singapura. Operasi hotel agak baru,. Kurang dari 2 tahun sebelum convid. Kemudahan tempat makanan di sekeliling Warung Pak kassim., klg kopi Dan kedai mamak.
