訂了間豪華雙人單床，房間是大，舊，一路走去感覺很多灰塵，進房間後我的身體發癢，老公開始打噴嚏，房間的電話打不到櫃枱的！不得已下樓要求換房，當天幫我們入住的女員工要求我們要把行李拿出房間，把門卡還給她才給換房間！（知道換的房間是隔壁房間而已）所以我們要求直接給我們換房的門卡，好讓我們直接把行李搬過去然後才還門卡給她，她説不可以.所以我們要上樓去把行李拿出後，又下樓去拿新的門卡又再上去才把行李放進去！然後我們才下樓去吃晚餐！唉！員工有2個人，為什麼為什麼就不可以1個跟上樓！就不會變通！換了房間後，冷氣剛開始冷到半夜完全是聽到風聲大而已，冷氣沒有！早上跟櫃枱投訴後，她問為什麼沒有跟櫃枱講，因為已經換過一次，不想再麻煩她問新年還會回來嗎？我講不會再來😅😅

Good location next to the central bus station and near Kluang Mall. However, there seems to be a nightclub downstairs, and you can feel the bass late at night.

Great location near malls and eateries, with friendly staff and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness could be improved, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Decent for a budget stay, but expect some compromises.

Family 永安? Need spacious room? I recommend this Hotel 👍🏻 Location same building with Hotel Prime Near by Kluang Bus Station Walk distance 7 Eleven Parking lot level 4&5 (sharing & FREE) - a lot space Deposit required upon check in Rm50 Room spaciousss, clean and bed comfy Basic amenities provided including hair dryer, mini fridge. Toilet clean, water pressure &water heater ok. Environment 50-50 Sound proof 😵💫, can hear noisy sound from outside, road side and also near with BAR/club. Extremely cool🥶 Overall okay
