Stayed for two nights for a friend’s wedding nearby and had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is in a pretty rural area and not too far from Manchester airport. The facilities were very good and we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Food was all of a high standard and great quality. Overall great stay and would happily return.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

This is our second stay at this hotel because we found the staff friendly, the location great, and the breakfast exceptional. We were upgraded to the junior suite, which was really spacious as it included a living room. We love this hotel because there’s a machine on each floor for an unlimited supply of fresh milk and drinking water. However, the interior of the suite was very old-fashioned and outdated, which looked quite unappealing and unpleasant. As soon as you step into the room, you feel like you’ve been transported back to the 80s. The furniture is old and outdated, as is the bathroom. The switches for the tap and shower were particularly troublesome—I spent a lot of time figuring out how to adjust the temperature and the water flow. The shower setup is quite unusual and not what you typically see. If you’re tall, you might be okay with it since the showerhead is fixed to the wall and cannot be taken down. However, if you’re not tall, you’ll find the shower too high, making it very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The outdated interior design and furniture really dampened our mood during the stay. I sincerely hope the hotel will consider a complete renovation of all the rooms.
