Recommended for families
Travel with family- kids and parents. The location is excellent, right next to the bus stop ( 1 min. Walk). easy to get around the little shopping street without much walking. 711 is right cross the street from the hotel. Staff are nice here, and helpful.
The hot springs are good enough. Nothing fancy, not too big. Three hot springs - gold, silver. One outdoor hot spring.
There are some activities - music, and performance during the night right next to the hotel. The hotel is next to the road, but you can’t hear anything outside. Very quiet and relaxing.
Overall, good price for what you get.

Service good very polite personnel. Very good food and onsen. Thw room was excellent 9/10. A bit expensive perhaps. Only two teas and coffees in room, would have liked more coffee.

第一次來有馬温泉，選擇了一泊二食的方案，從check in開始就有很棒的體驗，櫃枱年長的先生（會說中文）服務很不錯，很仔細說明瞭樓層的位置還有其他相關的服務設施，接著是一位可愛的女生帶我們到入住的房間；房間的部分當初選擇了最喜歡的塌塌米房，房間有一個露台可以坐在沙發泡茶看著外面的商店街，景觀還蠻不錯的；晚餐提供的是牛肉涮涮鍋，想說既然來到最有名的神戶就點了神戶牛排，單點的神戶牛排1份J P Y 6000多，結果只有鐵烤盤上面那8塊肉😅 （強烈建議可以不要點，份量太少了）；反倒是原本涮涮鍋的牛肉還不錯吃；隔天是中規中矩的日式早餐，味道也還可以！公共浴場泡湯的部分，有分金湯和銀湯，雖然場地不大，但是泉質特別泡起來很舒服！飯店的位置就在有馬温泉街上，如果從神戶機場可以搭直達的巴士，到了之後只需走路1分鐘就可以到達有馬御苑，地理位置真的非常的方便！整體來說蠻推薦來這泡湯旅行的人，可以選擇這間很不錯的飯店！
