The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ernakulam. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Terrible service no one is the reception always no room service didn’t know there is a bar located ***** side. When coming in to the hotel you can see bunch of people being drunk or smoking. Felt uncomfortable many times. And one person was also abusing while being drunk that was the worst i could have gone through.

I was staying overnight for business 永安. The location and general external look might put people off. But the inside was clean and professional. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. We took the ac room and it was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with clean towels and bathroom accessories. Food quantity limited but quality was good and staff was polite and helpful. Only negative i had was that they were not always at desk when i called. Also the bar at the entrance might put off some traveller's but it is segregated from hotel. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay

1) paid extra 1000+ for ac but ac was not properly working. 2) so they shifted to another room, which had no safety. Sliding windows open directly to the staff workers living floor. 3) person in the reception took personal details and started finding in social media and sending friend request. Violation of privacy.

gino hotel was a bar hotel. I didn't know at the time of booking, the rooms were next to the bar and it was not a good environment for families!
