The Room was well maintained, Check In was smooth. Staffs @ Doorman, Front office, Room Service and Housekeeping was well mannered, Well Groomed, Informative and helpful. A recommendable stay.

We had a good experience at Renai. Their rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was good. There was ample parking. It is in the city centre and well connected through nearby metro station.

It was good could have been excellent if on last day of Check out when I extended my time on paid basis they would have cleaned my room if I am checking out at 6pm which was ore informed one night before still they did not clean my room when u left at 7:45 am and. AME back at 12 noon
