Breaksfast was okay2 and the food was around flies. The room coridoor was dirty someone ate and put outside but didnnt clean end of other people step on it. The location was too in.

Make my 永安 said its a 3 star hotel..all staf are very good so i just give 2/5..the lift very old they metion only 3 person but in 3 peraon at the time inlift thelift not moving..i have a injured leg ..i walk in step..lift very old not maintaing well very loud and distrubing..room atmospher very old..sounded fan old furniture etc

we stayed at pearl palace, cochin for two days and had a wonderful experience. the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, making our stay very comfortable. the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was excellent, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch—friendly and attentive throughout. we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was fresh and had a good variety. overall, pearl palace offers great value for a comfortable stay in cochin. highly recommended.
