restaurant size is not sufficient for the number of rooms available. Even there is no space to stand and eat like buffet style. My daughter quit food due to chaos. further non veg is not available. on enquiry it was told a group of 45 north Indian staying in hotel and they instructed not to place non veg item in the food stand. on request it is served to us on table. the 3 star hotel management should respect food culture of all guest. Else, in advance they should informed us, so that we would opt room service. doing like this in restaurant / open place is disrespectful for non veg eaters. but the food is good and the room is good.

My recent stay in a hotel room in Benzz park Family resort Kodaikanal, Kodaikanal was quite comfortable, featuring a spacious and well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

Stayed for 4 days. Hotel is very neat and toilets have 24hrs heater. Bathroom is provided with shower necessities and towel. We stayed at level 5 and we have to climb stairs. Family with elders or unable to climb can choose ground level. One improvement area is breakfast. Though the room rate is inclusive of breakfast other than one or two items rest all repetitive ones. Pongal, dosa, idly, boiled egg was repetitive all days. Children might not like these to eat on all days which is similar to our home. When they come outside must be something we are not eating at home. One or two fine but everything is same for all days. Not worth it. Rest all fantastic. 9am checkout time can be extended.
