瓦拉哈谷酒店 (Varaha Valley Hotel)

Poor infrastructure. Zero internet access. No ventilation or fan or AC in the room. No hot water in shower. Inconsiderate staff.

Well maintained rooms, service and food are good. Staff is kind and cooperative. Over all a happy stay.

Hotel was too good and food is very nice everything is excellent and very neat. And coming to service there people are so kind

Very supportive staff and location is closed to Kodaikanal lake. Food quality was good. Restaurant staff hospitality was extra ordinary.

Stay at varahavally for two days was very pleasant. Verny neet, clean &hygienic. Complimentary breakfast combo was excellent. Really worth to money.

Property is good but service is to be improved as there are no electric kettles to prepare tea and coffee by ourselves. Limited food options as they prepare food according to their menu

Worst property, don’t even think of this. 1. No proper parking 2. No receptionist person to assist in front office 3. Dirty bed sheets 4. No water bottles 5. No 24hr water bottles worst service.

Hotel needs some improvement. 1. Food i am a south indian so managed many north indian families who came did not have their regional foods. They have only standard idli, dosa and upma. For the amount 4star hotels offer 20 plus buffet items for this price. 2. Hot water is updated as 24 by 7 but hotel offers on stipulated timings of 2 hours in morning where you are forcing what others needs to do in their leisure timing. 3. Kettle is mentioned in part of facilities but was not provided and when i demanded them they provided. 4. Instant cofee or tea options not available in room. 5. Restaurant alacarte options will be mostly un available but they allow online food delivery, thanks for that. Restaurant staff are good and responsive. They mostly have women staff deployed at hotel and restaurants and their services are good.
