It has been a very good stay in Royal hotels. For the budget stay, this hotel is highly recommended. Food is decent. Has enough parking space.

The stay was good and the people who worked there was very kind and helpful. Rooms are pretty decent for this price range and the location is very close to lake, so travel-ling to locations were very easy.

Location is good approx 2. 5km from bus stand. Reception staff didn't provide extra bed in original allotted good room. Alternate room was given with extra good that was not upto the mark. Taken break fast but not so good

An average stay. Hot water is available only during morning hours from 6. 30 to 9. 30am which was not fair in the extreme cold climatic conditions. Room was average not worth for 1700 rs. But food from the hotel run by malayalees on the ground floor, was excellent. They were very cordial. Altogether an average stay with good food.
