帕岸島庫普庫普海灘別墅度假村 (Kupu Kupu Phangan Beach Villas & Spa)

We have just had the most lovely 2 night stay at this place. AD, Sam and Pla took care of our every need and we had beautiful breakfasts both mornings and they helped us plan our day. Special shout out though for Jo Joe, who played so well with our 5 year old and made her feel so super special on her 5th birthday celebrations! Also the fireshow the Friday night we stayed was really spectacular, over the pool as we ate dinner.

Quick notes for potential guests: there are definitely children here, as I know since they left the guest list in my room, most guests are from Israel, beach is pretty but rocky pebbles and seaweed don't make it pleasant to stay, cleanliness needs improvement and the facility is definitely worn, service needs improvement, they fail to disclosure beverage is not included when prepaying meals so a credit card dispute will definitely be charged since not disclosed. I'm supposed to be celebrating my honeymoon. The service here is abysmal. As early as check in day, the staff are so rude and dismissive; This sets the precedence for the entire experience! You would think they're playing poker with their deadpan look of disdain. They will also eagerly default to a "no". If you've had this experience, then you know. My husband suffered a painful skin burn episode due to their over scented lotions while recovering from a sunburn. Their genius staff suggested to pay for a massage .. are you kidding? I went to the pharmacy instead. The taxi driver must have been found from Arkham, who wasn't ready at pick up and then demands money when it can be charged to the room. My goodness! I came back from Away Chiang Mai for a FIFTH of the price with far better service. As soon as you arrive you complete a card for dietary preferences. Vegan was selected. 10 minutes later they bring a honeymoon cake with eggs and milk to our room. The lack of attention to detail is the concern at $500 USD a night and taxi service ten times the price of Chiang Mai's Grab service. In this sea of disappointment, the only saving grace has been the dinner chef. The food is good, but it doesn't justify the poor treatment. You don't need to take my word for it. Simply call them. Try to schedule things and ask questions to gage their service. You will notice they tend to jump to answers before actually taking a moment to exert any effort in figuring it out. I had to ask THREE times for pick up at the ferry via Whatspp before they actually scheduled when I asked for a 4TH time via EMAIL.. I should have taken that as a warning.. please do not dismiss this review.

Apart from Andy at the reception, the staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. They were neither welcoming nor willing to assist with anything we requested. Furthermore, for a 5-star hotel, the property is poorly maintained and does not meet the standards expected at this price point. Overall, I do not believe the hotel is worth the cost.

This place is exceptional from their customer service to the beautiful gardens and the rooms. This hotel knows how to do service and quality. We loved every moment

Très bel emplacement au bord de la plage. hôtel un peu vieillissant. Accueil et service d’une grande qualité, restaurant excellent. Équipement des chambres convenable, sans plus. Rapport qualité / prix correct.

位置很好 離市中心騎車10分鐘左右 員工也都很樂意幫忙 有包括早餐跟晚餐 景色相當漂亮 泳池也很棒 房間空間很大

Отель находится немного в отдалении от цивилизации. К этому нужно быть готовым. Ближайший 7 eleven - в 20 минутах ходьбы. Для нас это не было проблемой . Мы останавливались на 2 дня и полностью провели их в отеле. Не хотелось никуда выходить. На первый взгляд все кажется немного устаревшим, но на территории такая классная релаксовая атмосфера, что через 5 мин об этом забываешь. Мы жили на чудесной Вилле с бассейном и видом на закат прям с балкона. Были включены завтраки и ужины. Еда была божественная. Персонал очень внимательный. Все знают на какой ты вилле живешь, какой кофе ты любишь и т.д. Это очень удивительно было. У отеля прекрасный пляж - правда во второй половине дня, т.к. в первой половине из за прилива - пляж уходит под воду. Но во второй половине дня он открывается и там очень классно гулять . Места очень живописные.

Went to the hotel for one night. The room are spacious and clean but the main issue of this hotel is most of the room apart from the beach front which are under renovation, are absolutely not isolated. You can see from your room and the mini pool the staff', Clients, dogs cats etc passing by. No real beach front unfortunately. Nice sunset So definitely not worth the price. I think better quality for the price in koh phangan Also went to the spa "l 'occitane" and I do think it is really a joke. Small room with only some occitane products to sell. That 's was surprising...
