I loved staying at Beck’s Resort and recommend this. I’m solo travelling and was a perfect place to unwind and recharge my batteries for a few days out of my busy itinerary. The location of the resort is close to the town too so that was handy and I enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach. I love Ko Phanagan and will definitely be back one day again to visit the island 😊

2nd stay: I picked Becks as a budget accommodation in the South, just between the expensive Western hotels and the craziness in the East (full moon parties). It is in a great spot to get anywhere on the island. The greatest asset is the large pool right by the beach and the restaurant which serves a PadThai for 80b. I had a simple bungalow with fan and it was fine for the budget price. After all, you get what you pay for and I am chill when it comes to basic stuff. However, Becks offers different bungalows and rooms, so just pick another option if no AC isn’t yours.

I have visited over 50 hotels and resorts in Thailand. From the very humble to the exclusive. This Resort was the worst. Besides the nice beach location my bungalow was a dump. Have not been renovated for 20 years. Have not been painted for 10 years. Old and worn down Bathroom and furnishing. Dirty linens and unaired room without a fridge and AirCon… and the price was not matching this very quality…

A man who was doing check in our room was a bit rude when we were discussing about motorbike. Just because we are Thai so he can say anything to make us feel afraid of riding and renting their motorbike on the island. We have educated why don’t be nice to say anything nice. Wish we were the last group which is not be nice with, thank you anywhere for the nice lady who helped us about rental.

Ses side place. Personnel good and helpful. Restaurant opens at 12.00.am to 21.30 If you are early no coffee no hot water for tea either. The rest is fine. I can advise the place to 3rd parties for holiday period.

В этом районе проживал впервые.Очень понравилось расположение, недалеко от пирса, есть свой прокат байков, бунгало расположены можно сказать на пляже.кстати пляж норм можно купаться, что не скажешь про другие районы. Персонал отзывчивый , вечером тихо по утрам птички поют. В общем всё замечательно, рекомендую к проживанию.

Это просто ужасный отель ! Клоповник сплошной ! Дикое бунгало , искусали , живого места не оставили!
