Les pedí a recepción imprimir pagando las tarjetas de embarque y casi no lo consigo. No querían hacerlo. Me parece muy mal no tener este servicio con tanto cliente internacional

I have been here 4 times, but this time is very disappointing, my room type as jungle house it’s very noisy of bathroom exhaust fan, the room is far from the entry must have motorcycle is more comfortable can get in/out to the room. also have the red ants in the room.

Didn’t expect that our room would be so far from the hotel. We had to go by golf car from the reseption to our room, far ut the hill

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was great very modern and clean but the room was very far from the main road and nightlife and restaurants - they did warn on the booking that this room is the furthest away from the beach and they didn't lie. Luckily they have golf carts that can take you to the main road and back 24h but is a bit inconvenient. The pool near my room was very luxurious. I would definitely recommend this room if you're just looking for a place to lay your head while you're taking your time in the day to go snorkeling and diving.

Biggest resort in Koh Tao. Great location with 24hr min mart right outside the hotel. Party every night and staff are all very helpful very organize and efficient. Highly recommend. I'll for sure go back.

У отеля большая красивая территория. Все бассейны на территории ухоженные и можно отдохнуть в одном из 4х (2 больших и 2 маленьких бассейна). В номер в Джунглях при регистрации с чемоданом довозит шатл. Во время проживания на «ресепшн в Джунглях» или по „what’s up“ можно заказать шатл до главной дороги. Но в целом пешком дорога занимала не более 5 минут. На главном ресепшн можно наливать воду из кулера. На территории отеля в джунглях «через дорогу» есть кофейня с сендвичами и пирожеными. Рядом с главным ресепш основная туристическая улица с кафе и ресторанами. Номер чистый и соответствует фото. Рядом с домами «в Джунглях» строится новое здание отеля. Мы не были там днем, поэтому не знаем есть ли шум. Вечером работы не идут. Приятным сюрпризом оказался бесплатный трансфер из отеля по пирса. Возможно есть трансфер от пирса до отеля - лучше уточнить это при заселении.

Amazing experience, hotel is great location, peaceful but not to far from the busy parts of the island. Staff are great, hotel services are perfect for diving and amenities to with it. The overall resort gives premium luxury vibes with good quality room furniture and from all the little details, like the eco friendly toiletries I have seen in 5 star luxury hotels in Bangkok.

Bans is a well established resort right in the heart of the main town/s永安. Located over two sites it has several polls and offers a wide range of rooms/prices. We were located up the hill so was really nice and quiet, but quick a hike to the rooms. Rooms were spacious and well equipped but were getting a bit tired. Air Con wasn’t working well and rooms were very warm. I understand from others around the pool, with was common. The grounds were groomed immaculately and the service was excellent. During the day the Fishbowl offers some tasty and relatively cheap food, overlooking the beach !! This is a dive resort and almost resembled a factory for diving. Bit too over commercial for my liking, so we booked diving through a quieter dive school. All in all, a lovely resort, wonderful staff and service in some stunning grounds. Would recommend if you are wanting a little luxury.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights.
