พนักงานต้อนรับพูดจาดี ดูแลดีมาก พนักงานห้องอาหารริมทะเล พูดจาแย่ ดูถูกคนไทย ขอน้ำจิ้มแจ่ทานกับเนื้อย่าง  พูดมาได้ ที่นี้ร้านอิตาเลียน เชฟมาจากอังกฤษ เท่าที่เห็นเป็นแม่ครัวพม่านะ  คนไทยที่เค้ามาพัก เค้าไม่ได้โง่นะ   บริการเลือกปฎิบัติดีเฉพาะชาวต่างชาติ อาหารก็ไม่อร่อย สวนทางกับราคา พอไปทานร้าน sairee และ Ban ถึงรู้ว่า มีร้านอื่นอร่อยมากๆๆๆ ฝากท้องได้บริการดีกว่า

Très belle vue mais c'est le seul point positif Très bruyant, chambre non conforme a ce que vous réservez ( 2 lit une place quand vous voulez un grand lit double) De plus, la chambre était sale et le personnel malgré leur gentillesse n'ont rien voulu savoir sur la situation de notre chambre Je ne recommande pas du tout

El peor resort en el que estuve. Pague por anticipado por una habitación, y como hicieron overbooking, me terminaron dando una habitación improvisada en lo que era un cuarto donde daban clases de buceo. Vaciaron el cuarto y pusieron dos camas marineras, y los peores colchones en los que dormí en mi vida. Duros y finos. Nos dijeron que nos iban a dar más días de estadía como compensación y no lo hicieron. También nos dijeron que nos iban a hacer un reembolso y no lo hicieron. Además el manager, frente a nuestro descontento, nos amenazaba con echarnos del resort si no estábamos satisfechos con la habitación. Fue muy grosero y algo racista. No recomiendo para nada este resort.

This family villa was a great location to enjoy the beach front. The sand was soft and beautiful. The private pool was larger than expected and satisfying to swim in. The room was well designed. My family was very happy staying here. When our AC wasn’t cool enough the staff fixed it. The tub water was warm but not hot. If I stayed more time I would have asked for that to be fixed. The breakfast could be better but it was ok. All in all, pretty happy.

No security, you could access the room without key , I booked an 8 dormitory they gave me a 10 , the biggest matter of all was the bathroom, the floor was full with water from the sewage , which is very disquieting and harmful for health. Very bad experience.

Nie polecam pobytu w tym hotelu! Bardzo nieprzyjemne doświadczenie, w pokoju mieliśmy pluskwy a obsługa nawet nie zaproponowała zmiany pokoju, gdy o to poprosiliśmy to zaproponowali sprzątanie na co się zgodziliśmy. Kiedy wróciliśmy do pokoju po wyznaczonej godzinie sprzątania - pokój nadal był brudny. Musieliśmy się ponownie upomnieć o sprzątanie. Po sprzątaniu pokoju otrzymaliśmy pościele we krwi. W łazience znalazłyśmy włosy w odpływie, i to po samym wejściu do pokoju. Nie polecam, uciekłyśmy z tego hotelu nie realizując pobytu a hotel wraz z serwisem pośredniczącym nie chcą nam oddać pieniędzy. Pobyt był traumatyczny i niestety nasze zdrowie na tym również ucierpiało przez ugryzienia pluskw. Dodatkowo mają jakiś śmieszny basen, gdzie nigdy nie ma wolnych miejsc, wszędzie brudno, śniadania nie dobre - NIE POLECAM!

I stayed at their hostel room only because there was no other option as the island was fully booked. Pools looked nice, the breakfast view was fantastic, staff were nice. The dorm situation was just uncomfortable, as there was zero privacy. The shower/toilet was very tiny. The blanket they give at check-in was very weird and without a sheet, but very clean.

We book for 2 nights and when we arrive to check in they told us that the hotel was overbooking and that they need to move us to another hotel, far away from the beach and not the same class of hotel. So we pay 2 nights and we only spent 1 night there , we didnt receive any refound the hotel doesnt really care about that

Nie polecam pobytu w tym hotelu! Bardzo nieprzyjemne doświadczenie, w pokoju mieliśmy pluskwy a obsługa nawet nie zaproponowała zmiany pokoju, gdy o to poprosiliśmy to zaproponowali sprzątanie na co się zgodziliśmy. Kiedy wróciliśmy do pokoju po wyznaczonej godzinie sprzątania - pokój nadal był brudny. Musieliśmy się ponownie upomnieć o sprzątanie. Po sprzątaniu pokoju otrzymaliśmy pościele we krwi. Nie polecam, uciekłyśmy z tego hotelu nie realizując pobytu a hotel wraz z serwisem pośredniczącym nie chcą nam oddać pieniędzy. Pobyt był traumatyczny i niestety nasze zdrowie na tym również ucierpiało przez ugryzienia pluskw. Dodatkowo mają jakiś śmieszny basen, gdzie nigdy nie ma wolnych miejsc, wszędzie brudno, śniadania nie dobre - NIE POLECAM!
