Room 302. The room size was great, but the furniture and furnishing was not that great. It was too old fashioned and linens, curtains were too old. All electric fittings, switches were in shaken condition. Handwash was put in a emptied shampoo jar. No exhaust fan. So basically only good thing about the property is location. It was more like a hall not a room. I booked a luxury room and it looked rubbish from inside. It was one night stay that's why otherwise i would have talked to the owner. It was also non refundable.

Location is very Nice, heart of Park Street with car parking facilities. I stayed in Platinum room but it hardly any space after queen bed. Room require proper dusting. Bathroom has water logging problem. Room Service is very poor. Except location it's not Value for Money @5K.

Property was not maintained very well, hygeine was as much as good, very low according our expectations. Only the location was good. Quality of food was average. Staff was good, but they do not get any sources of maintenance. Not recomeedable to anyone.

The stay was good, staff were helpfull. I came for business 永安, when i needed help for printing some documents, it was hard to find print shops near by, hotel Manager helped by allowing to use their printer, which was very helpful. I'll definitely prefer to stay here, in my next 永安.

Rooms are in a dilapidated condition and dirty. Service was pathetic. Complimentary breakfast was awful. The coffee maker was grossly dirty. Commode was leaking. Room was noisy as hell from the traffic below.

This was a mixed experience stay. The good thing about this place is that it’s at the center of Park Street. So there is hardly a better area to stay. However, the place lacked hygiene and cleanliness. The care takers are prompt and helpful. But the excellent services will not be able to compensate for the poor hygiene and the rooms and toilet will remain dusty and unclean even after it is cleaned in front of you.

The best part about the property is its location and our room had an attached balcony with a direct view of the lovely park street. The room was very clean and it had all the amenities. Breakfast was pretty fine too. Highly recommended
