Service provided to us was excellent and all the staff are very cooperative. Rooms were clean and hygienic.

We (team) have staying here for just 1night only. the experience was good almost. But you have to need remember must the hotel staff's door locking guides other wise you may face trouble during door locking. Yet the staffs are very well and good they will help you every time with smiling face. 👍.

Hotel people behaviour is ok. But room ac and fan are not working. And there are not giving water also.

Room size was small according to price, staff behaviour polite. Sir i was booked 2 double rooms, if possible kindly send me separate invoice copy. 1-satyajit swain. 2-prasanta ray

The hotel was pathetic as well its staff whose response was terible. Not recommended for stay as the ambience of the hotel was poor.

No lift, no parking, no outside food, food menu of hotel is not good, double bed room is too small. Only one person can sleep comfortably. No toiletries. Room floor was full of water

They have no general manager, service is very bad, they have a menu but 70% of the menu is not available, they forcely eat their food which they have, they're not managing the food which i want and not allowed to order outside. I can't see the worst hotel in my life

1. Customers who do booking are treated badly 2. Room was smelly, requested bell boy for at least spraying room freshener but was never done 3. All plumbings were leaking 4. Water spray not working 5. Geyser not working, requested hotel staff to look into but nothing was done 6. We opted for complentary breakfast, requested breakfast at 9 am, called hotel reception, but breakfast became available only once we checked out around 10. 45 7. No lift, had to take stairs for getting to our shabby room up 3 floors 8. Staff too rude to talk politely. Just date it was a horrible experience
