In this charges, room is ok, service is also ok, but geyser and fridge was not working. After intimated also, not repaired. In delux room, window ac was there, where as at all other hotel split ac is there.

Rooms were totally different then picture. Washroom door was jam. Room was so old, the walls were so old. Haven't co-loured the wall from so long. wifi problem all day.

Had requested for early check in. Chaged paid rs. 300 -extra for that. Shifted to another room after checkin time. Room was not maintained properly. Missed following things inside the room g10 alloted- 1. No wardrobe 2. No intercom connection 3. Drawers with no handle. 4. Noisy ac & exhaust fan. 5. No twin bed provided. 6. Repaired outdated furnitures 7. Bathroom fittings not working properly. 8. No options in complimentary breafast. Only toast & tea provided. Overall very bad experience. Had to pay extra rs 800 - in total for late checkout. Also bill for the same not provided when asked for the bill.
