Nice service and cleaning is good, Location is good. Nice Ambience Nice Hospitality and Safety, Staff behave is good.

The Property was Ok... On the first day , they allot me a Room which is very small in size. They changed the room on the 2nd day on my request and their availability. The buffet breakfast spread was OK. They can improve on this. The property is near the airport which is the biggest advantage. It is also surrounded by some well known restaurants and eateries. The hotel staff is courteous and ready to help . Overall a decent experience. I would like to recommend this property to other travellers. Thanks , Uddeepan Chatterjee

The room provided me yesterday had multiple issue like ac was not working properly and bathroom shower and tap..I never expect this kind of room atlst from Victoria.

I have one word to define it which is excellent and value for Money. All amenities are good and comfortable stay.

I am a solo traveler. My flight landed around 10 pm so I just needed a comfortable and clean room to sleep as I had to leave around 6 am. I regret staying even one night at this place. From the moment I entered the room, I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. The room was filthy, with dust and grime everywhere. The worst part? The bed was infested with bedbugs! I woke up with bites all over me, and to make things even more disgusting, I noticed blood stains on the bedsheets—probably from previous guests dealing with the same issue. It was absolutely revolting. The bathroom was just as bad. Hot water system works on the basis of how lucky you are 😂. If you value cleanliness, comfort, or even basic hygiene, avoid this place at all costs. Staying here was a huge mistake! I had booked this hotel as I had stayed long time ago at the hotel in around 2015. And to be honest that was a lovely experience at this hotel. Almost 9 years later it was completely opposite. I got a feeling that hotel hasn’t been cleaned since then 😂. Some people might think the quality reduces over time in a hotel. I don’t think so. I stayed at a 30 year old property in Ho Chi Minh City last week where everything was top notch including basic amenities at almost half the price.

The food and amenities are terrible. The rooms are shabby and unhygienic. There was a telltale smell of cigarettes in the room. Overall, the price paid vs overall quality of the hotel does not stack up.

The room was too smelly and uncleanliness. Breakfast was good. I will not prefer to stay here if i ever come here.
