Good location, well behaved staff, good rooms. Perfect location. Near lake mall. Walking distance to kalighat.

This property near to my office & metro so connectivity is very good outside food is also allow staff behavior is also good for my work i need to leave the hotel at midnight, but they don't complain on it this was my 2nd stay their i love to visit their soon

The property location is good . Fortis hospital R V Avenue and Gariahat market is about 500 meter. The property manager and staffs are courteous. There was no arrangement of any food, you can get only morning tea on payment. For your breakfast, lunch or dinner either you have to order online or you have to go outside. It is not a hotel, it is a banquet hall with rooms of different categories.

I have already given my review. My concern is with mm永安. I was staying in this property for last two days. Through the app i wanted to extend the date, it showed an amount of rs 1538, i made the payment but it got unsuccessful. I talked to mm-永安 customer care and asked them to resolve the issue as i tried twice but the payment was unsuccessful. They kept me on hold for 5 minutes and came out with a solution that i have to make fresh booking by paying rs 1800. I had to do that because i was attending my brother in nearby hospital. My only concern is either the app should not have been showing extension at that rate or i should have been compensated by mm-永安 for having paid rs 262 extra.
