I stayed here last year in August ; That is after 7 months I am back. And- they have evolved.. amenities are better, there are suites! In short everything has leveled up, their growth game is strong. This, came as a surprise.The employees were really nice too.. met a few from my last stay.
now this place feels like home. will visit again.. for a longer stay cause I want to explore all their amenities! 🤍 like-- want to use their gym and can do the laundry and cook as well..

Clean and well maintained. They dont allow early checkin. I want an hour early checkin and they charged Rs 200. Otherwise excellent.

Pathetic experience. Staffs are extremely unprofessional and rude. This place doesn’t provide basic services like room cleaning, water bottles etc. Ordering food was another task. Tea alone would take 45mins, forget about food. The manager was a hilarious person (*sarcasm*), he asked us to reach out to higher management for our basic asks like fresh towels🤦♀️. Overall our 永安 was ruined. A big no to this place.

Short-circuit happened in my room n then my phone charger was melt and destroy but hotel management not taken any responsibility and behaviour rude

The property was good the staff was also all good the stay overall was good but the security deposit given to them has not yet been returned i have called the reception n number of times still says sir will do i dont know why they are not refunding my security deposit?

Amazing hotel, cooperative helpful humble staff specially vicky and sarwar, suggest itinerary for your stay, perfect location, economical, clean hygienic rooms and bathroom, hot water is available all the time. Over all good experience thank you off beat
This is by far the best hostel I have visited in Kolkata. There may be others but for now, this is a good place.
