The rooms are good but no restaurant facility. One has to order food to tie up restaurant and it takes at least half an hour for delivery. No plates or bowls provided...

The room was good but the location mentioned at the site is misguiding. The hotel is not 15 min walk to neta ji shubhas chandra Bose airport. It costed us almost 1k in going there and coming back to the airport.

All staffs are very polite and helpful. Room is very clean. We have booked deluxe room which is great with a road view. We have great experience there.

The staff are well mannered and polite. The room was clean and given with necessary needs, the experience was very good. The only problem is the route.

Nice cosy room. Bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and services were excellent. Happy experiences. Definitely will come back to stay here as my hotel of choice next time.

The staff were really well behaved, the bed was clean and so was the bathroom i really liked my stay over there. Recommended.

Firstly they ignore my phone calls, when i tried with another number then, i asked for change the date but they denied to do this. And room was too dirty.
