Staff was incredibly unprofessional. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt like I was bothering them. Zero hospitality, AC was not working properly in the room. Cockroaches roaming around.

Check in and Check out experience was really bad and even the food was so bad. Twice i had breakfast both the times juice was finished.they didn't refill it again.....and reception staff was really rude

Rooms are in pathetic condition. AC not working properly, phone disconnected, fan not working, water leaking from basin, curtains are dirty with spit of Pan masala.

The stay rejuvenated the mind body and soul. Two days away from the city in this calm serene abode truly gives something new. The standout or rather the icing on the cake would be the heavenly food. Highly recommended

The place was serene , calm and so very relaxing. A couple of days stay truly rejuvenated the mind and body. But the standout would be the awesome food. It was in one word : Heavenly. Highly recommended.

Funny that it wasn’t even tracked that I didn’t check in at all. Human errors do occur specially while being tired while travelling. By mistake I chose the wrong date and as per your rules it was not refundable so I basically was at a lost. So yes my experience was terrible.

Hotel amenities and rooms are pathetic, phone not working, washroom door lock not working, electric swithces out of their cabinet, dirty floor, toiletries missing in washroom, no iron or ironing stand as mentioned in booking voucher. O overall a horrible experience.
