managment was very poor.i found this guest house in this app only.please if you have to stay book it for short period otherwise it would be long for suffering.but it is good for solo traveller.there is no restaunt in guest house for complimentary breakfast.

The service or the management of this guest house is very poor as per family 永安. I found this property on make my 永安 only with three star but now i would like to give it 2 star because of there management.

We got confirmation through make my 永安 but after reaching hotel the owner is not accepting the booking she is telling i won’t accept do what ever you want

I didn't have very pleasant experience at golden plaza guest house. Shower was not working in the bathroom. Commode had no jet attached. Though the behaviour of receptionist was good but wish basic facilities would have been taken care of. Thanks!

The corridor, steps and overall areas were very clean, all amenities in the room were good, staff were friendly and cleaning staff was good

Room is too small. Even two persons can move in room. Bathroom is like a matchbox. The tap water. Geyser is not working. Stains in all the walls. Ac on the room is not properly worked. Room is not properly cleaning. The dinner plates of previous guests was remain on the room. Very disappointed. Don't visit here. Its totally waste of money.

No drinking water was provided. After asking repeatedly, one bottle was provided. Breakfast was complementary but it was not served at 8:20 am, so i had to leave without having breakfast

I have ordered a plate of dinner from the outside hotel where the manager carried the food to me in the room. While asking for plate they said will charge rupees 2 for each plate. That makes me feel so bad.

Hotel was not at all as given in the picture s. Basin tap don't work, no ac temp controler, tv is there but don't start, bed and sheets full of stains but by any chance if u put any new stain over their bedsheets and pillow cover then u will have a fight with hotel manager and they won't mercy in harassing you.
