Hotel dans normes avec bon rapport qualité prix. Loin du centre et check in compliqué après 22h car la reception ferme. le numéro de réservation que j'avais eu ne fonctionnait pas. Il y a un numero d urgence qu'on doit appeler pour avoir un nouveau numéro 😐

reservation code didn’t work Came at 2am and had to spend some time to get the right one from the support Cleaning came at 8am asking if I still want to stay in the room(what???) Paid parking is completely useless, there is free one right across the street

房間就是中規中矩的連鎖酒店，作為自由行的酒店面積已經是算大的，值得推薦，位置也是鬧中取靜，附近就有超市，值得推薦。

硬件有點舊，衹有前台接待服務（退房直接給卡）早飯要另外加錢，性價比不高，也許離瑞士比較近把，酒店給了2天的車票我們去鎮上逛了下，主要是湖景和購物。不推薦入住此地

The room is very clean. Also, the bus station is 100 meter away from hotel and the hotel is provided free bus ticket for each quests. It is excellent and impressive

Ich habe eine Falsche Buchung gemacht, als wir dort waren hatte es natürlich kein Zimmer und ich habe diese Falsche Buchung für einen späteren Zeitpunkt vor Ort storniert, nun haben sie mir das Geld abgezogen von der Kreditkarte und waren äusserlichst Frech am Telefon, wollen nichts wissen und hören nicht zu sowie wurde mir abgehängt!! Das geht gar nicht sooo ein freches Personal pfuiii werde es niiie weiter empfehlen!!
