Got early checked in and late checkout facility.. good restaurant and food . Staff also good allow guest in the room

location of hotel is in front of highway, easily accesible. food was great, very delicious. One thing i loved about the hotel was its staff..... staff was very caring, friendly, services were fabulous.... my family enjoyed the stay a lot....

we had a good stay, will not say excellent. there is a scope of cleanliness. We checked in late at evening around 10:30 pm . Checking was very smooth, courteous staff members. Only issue is room missed freshener and there was a strange smell . Bathroom as such is good but strange smell can be felt. Overall 4 starts . One another thing is parking which is open and on the service road. If parking is not a concern , recommend property to stay.

it was totally worst experience. when I was checkin lift was not working. I took my 5 yrs baby and going to upstairs, i was totally tired. when I was checked in air conditioning was not working I raise the complain till 12 pm it was not sort out. finally reception employee shift me in the base category of room.

Excellent ambience and services. Very nice staff. Parking space is good. Food is mouth watering and overall its a place to relax and enjoy the stay

STOP FOOLING PEOPLE. Pathetic experience for stay at ortus hotel..This hotel shouldn’t be rated beyond 1 star. Life seemed at Risk from the quality & maintaince point of time. The mattress itself had an pointing nail poking out which could have Hurted if not noticed at the right time leading to spec-tic & immediate doctor consultation for tetanus injection, the linens are all rotten & out dated with holes in them, no valet parking offered at a 4 star hotel how does that sound..?? Lights in the washroom aren’t working, twice we saved ourself from slipping inside the washroom with poor lighting. Security eye on the room door is affixed with paper roll inserted in it. Means where is the management..?? Management should be shameful on this. Worst experience 0/10 experience.

Hotel room was neat and hygienie staff was also supportive we have done late night checkin but there was no preblem we face

Pleasant stay, suite rooms are quite spacious, nice location for travellers and tourists i. E. Near highway. Buffet breakfast with lots of dishes. Hotel staff are supportive and coordial.

Location of hotel is convenient to reach. Food, amenities and service are very good. Our stay was comfortable.
