I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The room didn’t seem to be properly cleaned before my arrival—there were visible dust and stains on the furniture, and the bathroom had some hygiene issues that really made me uncomfortable. I also noticed that the bed linens seemed a bit worn. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness given the price and the hotel's reputation. Hopefully, this can be addressed for future guests.

We stayed three nights the mattress spring was up and the sheets and towels provided were not clean and so old. They dont have heater in the room the tile floor was always very cold no carpets. Toilet was clean but one wall was always wet and water was dripping so we cant hang any clothes. People where smoking outside the room. Overall not worth for the money they charge. Hope they rectify.

Photos for 3br cottage is totally different from the actual condition. Nobody was there to handle the luggage of guest. Manager simple said attendant is not available and you have to carry your luggage. And the location of place is on the sharp steep, so that it becomes very difficult to carry heavy luggage. Services are very very poor. Even they don't have drinking water supply. No intercom, no wifi and overall their facilities are almost nill. Never recommend anyone to stay here

Atmosphere of the accommodation was good, very simple room was given for the amount paid. We paid extra amount for room change. Room cleaning was not done, drinking water was not given as room service. Even luggage was not carried by us no body carried the luggage till room. Very very poor service. Not good.
