The room was nice , moden ,very clean and comfortable with great views and my kids enjoy to swimming on the nice pool..

This apartment is very nice and clean. However, the check in counter is outside of the main building counter so make sure you know where to check in. And if you are checking out before 8.30am, make sure to self check out by putting the card into the mailbox and remember to get the whatsapp upon checking in as they didn't whatsapp me for the instrucution and when i checked out by 5.30am there wasn't anyone at the counter, luckily the main counter at the building guy told me to drop in the mailbox or I would have brought back the cards home lol. Anyways, it was a good stay, bed was comfortable and the front counter guy and lady were both very friendly and helpful. Definitely can come back again.

門口下水道有臭味臭的很 但是酒店裡麪香香的檸檬味 樓下洗衣機沒有硬幣用不了 嗯 還有就是服務態度特別好特別有耐心

Bilik ok cantik kemas.. lokasi pn senang dkt dgn bandar KK.. parking ada byk.. bawah ada dobi, kedai runcit.. ada byk kedai tmasuk secret resepi 🥰🥰

Best la.. first time stay kat pinstay.. bilik besar bole muat 4 ke 5 orang, selesa pula tu.. ada kolam renang, sesuai sangat klu nak rehat² bercuti dengan family atau org tersayang

距離各個景點都比較近，樓下大廳非常涼快，衞生也比較乾淨，如果晚上到的比較晚的話，也有智能管家教你怎麼進入房間還是比較方便的

其實這間旅館名稱不是Sutera Bay 品旅+，真正的名字是PINSTAY+，只是跟Sutera Bay 品旅+ 同一個出入口，照片應該也是用它的，check in 的地方在出大門右手邊，會經過一個洗衣店，櫃枱人員英文很好，感覺就是分租套房，進房開了冷氣之後有一股很濃的腳臭味，把門口窗戶打開通風10分鐘之後就沒了，浴廁也就是堪用，勉強可以住一晚，除非你真的沒選擇，我真的不建議入住

1unit rumah ada 2 bilik, sharing one main door. Which is mine is room no 1 and other guest room no 2.. after dinner,we go back to hotel.unfortunately the door locked and we not provide the key of main door. i contact the host but the receiption is closed. after 20minutes, the other guest unlocked the door
