Convenience hotel , my booked room got some technical issue , then hotel is upgrading mine. good place with nearby food , walking distance to api api night market. A very good service and satisfied.

Hotel was average. Location is good. However, check in and check out times are not feasible. I made a request to early check in, but hotel management didnt even respond to my request. I even tried through 永安 customer cair, they also told hotel is not responding.

交通比較方便，離加雅街近，對面直走就是夜市和中央市場，離碼頭走路也就二十來分鐘。臨街和中間很吵，晚上摩託車轟鳴聲很響，後面好一些，入住還要交按金什麼的，衞生不是每天都搞，熱水器不是很好

The hotel is good. The facillites also fine but if they provide a telphone and cupboard will more perfect. Got a lot of restaurant around the hotel and the laundry is Just near the hotel. Counter service also helpful. I definitely will Come to stay at this hotel again. Fully recommended.

非常不推薦！ 第一，這一家店沒有水也沒有熱水 第二，房間老是斷電，早上還被沒有電熱醒了， 第三，房間有一股味，有窗的房間還很吵 總之這家酒店，非常的差，環境一點都不好，最後給酒店前台建議，他們還説這是正常現象 天哪，怎麼會有這樣的酒店

I had a bad experience compared to other budget hotels. As a general rule, if guests leave behind any belongings, regardless of their value - the hotel management should inform the guest. Unfortunately, the customer service here was extremely poor. When I called to check if I had left a set of pajamas, I was shocked to hear that the housekeeping staff had likely thrown it away because they assumed the guest didn’t want it anymore. What kind of service is that? When I asked for more details, the front desk staff told me they found "a black T-shirt in torn condition" - what kind of response is that? Other hotels would at least contact the guest to reconfirm before discarding anything. Very disappointing experience. This was my first visit, and definitely my last. Not recommended.
