離機場和沙灘很近，酒店內部空間也很大，空調製冷不錯。就是旁邊的清真寺6點廣播聲可能會比較影響休息，然後周邊沒有超市和便利店，稍微有點不方便。

Muslim friendly hotel. It's very comfortable. The facilities is decent. They can improve on that area but so far so good for my stay. It's near to many restaurant. If you wish to try outside food. Otherwise you can call the hotel restaurant and order your food there. That's all, surely I will come again next time.

Kepada Raia hotel, ketiadaan staf kamu bukan visitor tuk paham kami bayar sekali servis!. Hotel trolley luggage ada tapi staf tuk tolong atur beg ndakda dengan alasan staf kami bercuti.. aik bukan masalah kami tu patut kamu cari pengganti.. berapa ramai staf sana terpaksa konon mau panggil skuriti tuk tolong tolak trolley beg.. xda profesional oh kamu... Terpaksa kami buat sendiri. pastu kami di beri tingkat kawasan hotel sedang diselenggara.. Saya ada baby kecil.. habuk2 dinding tu xda baik tuk baby.. nasib la ada urusan di tabung haji.. kalau ndak.. hurmmm

Great experience stay at Raia Hotel. Hotel room are confortable and suitable for bussines traveler as myself. Need to improve in cleanliness and check room's furniture and toilet. I got a defect rain shower. Hard to take shower and abit dangerous cause water over flow thru toilet downlight. Location wise - near with airport but a bit far from restaurant or mall. But grab food always available and easy to get grab. Staff friendly and helpfull. Overall, im happy with my stay here.

My choice of stay in Kota Kinabalu. Huge room, great bed & pillows , quite area near city, plenty of parking space . Nice Breakfast with verities. Complete Room amenities with iron & ironboard. They also provide toothbrush in the room. i must also mention the shower has good water pressure. Definitely will come back to Raia Hotel in my next visits to KK.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.The bathroom was very clean. Overall, the hotel very nice to stay. Parking available. Near attraction Kota Kinabalu town.
