counter staff very friendly. room cleaness average. hotel facilities very poor. during 20 minutes before my check-out suddenly balckout and lift not functional. i have to carry my own 20kgs luggage from level 3 to lobby by staircase.

This is my 1st time stay at DM hotel. As budget hotel it's really convenient location and good cleanliness guest room. Definitely will come back again to stay here. Thanks

The location is in Damai with a lot of restaurants and amenities nearby. The cleanliness can be improved as the attached toilet has urine smell. However the service is good as they texted me to ask whether I needed housekeeping service when I was out of the hotel. Overall decent place to stay for the price
