The location is very good, Locate at the landmark Imago shopping mall with all luxury boutiques and Everrise department stall. Many restaurants. Near airport. Airplane noise may be a concern but acceptable. KK Time Square Hotel is not as good as described in 永安. The price included tax RM2XX per night is mostly paid for the location instead of the room. Staff is not helpful. We have large luggage and there is stairway in front of the Lift, nobody will help you. The Lift is outside the hotel front office. Anyone can access your doorway or room without security guards. We don't feel safe. The television has no line, the telephone has no line, and the sofa is dirty. No detachable shower head. Bathtub water is leaking to the wooden floor. Wifi cannot connect. An extra blanket charged RM30 each. I will not recommend this "hotel" at this pricing and facilities.

Came here because it's walking distance to Gleneagles. Location is extremely strategic. However, service is not upto par and the price paid. RM183 for 1 night. The WiFi is barely functioning, can't even scroll Netflix. The water was dirty after on the tap. Much improvement is needed

이마고몰 바로 옆에 있어서 편리하게 쇼핑하기 좋았습니다. 조식은 없지만 바로 앞에 도조, 미주 등 아침부터 하는 음식점이 있어서 먹었는데 엄청 맛집이었어요. 한국인 입맛에 딱 좋은! 인근에 환전소도 있고 위치는 참 좋았습니다. 시설은 조금 낡은 느낌이 있고, 방음은 전혀 안되는 수준인데 떠드는 손님이 없어서 다행이었습니다. 그랩부르기도 편하고 좋았어요!

No fridge. Charged phone and heated kettle on the floor because no table beside socket points. Shower nozzles something wrong, water just falling out like a waterfall. Molds on toilet tiles. Blurry TV, might as well dont hv one.. Lift poorly lighted. One side of the lighting has blown. Its easily noticeable by your staff who cleans room. Towels are old. Time to renovate. Use brighter colors in the room, its gloomy. Only reason why your hotel is selected is because of your location.

“I had a pleasant stay at KK Times Square Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and public transport. Overall, a great experience and good value for the price. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

KK Times Square is the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk across the road to Imago Mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for shopping enthusiasts. One of the best parts about staying here is how easy it is to shop, drop off your purchases in the room, ad head back out for more shopping without any hassle.

Layanan staff yang memuaskan(peramah), kemudahan dalam bilik kurang memuaskan. 1)Tuala mandi bau hapak(rasa gatal bila diguna) 2)Pintu kaca dalam bilik mandi sudah uzur, tidak di selenggara, bila ditutup terlalu keras, macam nak tecabut dari ensel dia. INI YANG PALING BAHAYA 3)Sterika baju tiada disediakan, pelokek punya hotel😅 4)Lif dia......seram nak naik, mcm mau jatuh balik😅, sijil selenggara lif pun terlalu tinggi di lekat, susah mau rujuk jadual selenggara. INI PUN AGAK BAHAYA. 5) Paip air mandi ada dua, satu untuk sejuk satu untuk panas, namun tiada petunjuk di letak.....silap2 buka boleh hangus badan😔 Harap pihak pengurusan hotel boleh baca aduan saya. Kira ok lah saya komen disini jak, daripada saya komplen pegi jkkp. KESELAMATAN PENGGUNA TERLETAK DI BAWAH JAGAAN KAMU.
