發郵件説明帶小孩需要提前入住，前台給辦理了早上6點提前入住，這點還是很不錯的。不過打掃經常不及時。設施比較全，空調聲音巨大，裝修太老了，沒有拖鞋

算是住過最差的酒店了。隔音效果特別差，空調噪音跟大型洗衣機一樣。不提供一次性拖鞋，水杯裏面的臟漬都沒洗乾淨。沐浴露洗髮水也不提供。房間和照片有差距。算是在馬來西亞亞庇住到的最差賓館！

Very strategic location, easy to fins food. Clean & comfot room. Just that the room at 6th floor, direct to hall lobby.. not suitable my room given just infront of the public hall.

Semuanya ok tidak kira dari segi servis atau keadaan bilik, semuanya ok. cuma bilik kami berhadapan dgn main road. Jadi, agak bising dgn bunyi motor merempit. Memang tidak dapat tidur malam sepanjang saya stay sana. Mungkin lepas ni saya akan ambil bilik yg no windows.

Never expecting this such great location, Just walk within 10 min to Pasar Philipin,wet market,grocery and so on . Amenities well prepared, staff was so kind. I forgot her name. Check in late evening and she really helpful and full of greeting. And one more things, i LEFT MY WALLET here, And after arriving at the airport i noticed my wallet was lost or missing. Then i call the receptionist, THEY KEPT my wallet . 😭 All staff members are so kind! From cleaning services till the front desk ! KUDOS! I will come again!! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU! I cant thank you enough.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating—they allowed me to check in early, which I truly appreciated. The overall service and hospitality reflected a sincere effort to make guests feel welcome. However, the major downside was the room’s ventilation. I was staying at a windowless room, and I believe the air conditioner wasn’t properly maintained. During my stay, I fell ill with flu-like symptoms, and after returning home, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. I suspect the poor air quality and lack of fresh airflow may have played a role, and that was deeply disappointing. For future guests, I hope the hotel management takes serious steps to improve the ventilation system and maintain cleaner air conditioning units—especially in rooms without windows. With some improvements, this could be a much more comfortable and healthier place to stay. Regards, Sincere guest from Sabah #Room No 104 #First floor #No Window Room

Location is strategic. Sadly, No TV channels available until 3rd night. Old building that needs repair. It was suppose to be No Smoking Hotel but then the corridor was horriblly smells with cigarrette smoke. Staff services are good tho.
