The front desk and security staff was warm, friendly and keen to help. That is the only plus about this hotel. However the property already look old and shabby at various place. The breakfast service was the worst I had in an upscale hotel. We were sweating while we were eating and practically ran out of there. For the price we paid we even get live counter in Calicut city center. The restaurant manager had the coldest look I have seen in Indian hospitality sector. The staff was in their own world. Some guy was cleaning the glasses while staring at the guests when the breakfast service was going on sitting in the "live counter". And the tea? When will you learn to make a descent tea and coffee?! I get better tea with my tea bag and creamer! Good chicken curry though. Absolutely horrendous for malabar hospitality standards. The electricity when on and off like a dozen time. I don't blame the hotel for it but the sound of the electrical boxes in room everytime the electricity came back is like an explosion.

My stay at fezin was nothing short of amazing. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, and exceptional service made it a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious/relaxing/budget-friendly stay.

Relaxed atmosphere, don't expect any corporate treatment. Similarly, no tariff is payable. Due to a defect in the sanitary fittings of the Jaguar Company, there is not enough water in the morning and the basic things take a long time.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The staff was courteous and attentive to every need. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and value
