Thought it would be good but it was a bad experience. i never choose one day palace. Staff's are not hospitable they were rude and the property is not worth the money. overpriced. the only positive thing about the property is near Railway station. I don't recommend it if you are looking for a good service.

booked premium room, got an ordinary one worth not the price. poor service, no bathing towels. very much disappointed. i wish to get a premium room which was booked.. plz look into this. not even worth. so terrible it is.. check this👆🏾it clearly says premium ac

We didn’t get any wifi as described in the rule book and the rooms where smelly and didn’t even get water to drink from there we requested them to provide but they didn’t even care

This property i shown in rooms are standard rate thats why i prefer this hotel and ate food from there its good but the food service make much better

Not maintenance and no cleaning, even dust on everywhere and not maintaining any furnitures. Bathrooms are terrible and not spacious too

I booked a non ac room. It was nice, comfortable and clean. There is restaurant at the ground floor. It is located few minutes away from the kozhikode railway station.

The hotel looks nice and is clean, but we had a few issues. The bedsheet and blanket had marks on them, which was unsettling. The heater didn’t work, and the AC was set to 16°C but only blew air without cooling. The room itself was good, but these problems made our stay less comfortable.
