“Great swimming pool with great amenities and breakfast.” I along with my wife and daughter stayed there for 2 nights. This hotel served a great experience to my family. They liked it very much. The hotel provides neat and clean, spacious room with all amnities. There have been a nice swimming pool, which is favoured by my daughter, complimentary buffet breakfast and item variations also great, location is also great very close to the Ao nang beach.Staffs are very polite, supportive and tourist oriented. There is a kids playroom also.

I recently booked a Standard Room at GLOW Ao Nang, and my check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM. However, I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM. I understood that early check-in might not always be available, so I waited patiently in the lobby for several hours. While I was waiting, I noticed that several other guests were being checked in earlier than the official time. Curious, I politely asked the front desk staff — a lady named Koyen — if early check-in was possible in my case. She informed me that early check-in was only available for guests with Deluxe Rooms. I was quite surprised to learn that check-in policy varies by room type, especially within the same hotel. Additionally, I observed a clear difference in the level of hospitality. Other guests were warmly welcomed with greetings, welcome drinks, and even had their luggage carried to their rooms by hotel staff. Unfortunately, in my case, I didn’t receive any welcome greeting or assistance with my luggage. It felt quite different and honestly a bit disappointing. As a guest, I believe all customers — regardless of room category — should be treated with the same level of courtesy and hospitality. This experience left me feeling that my presence was somewhat overlooked. I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve the consistency of guest service across all room types. Thank you.

Excellente emplacement excellent personnel à tous les niveaux et en plus il vous donne les bons plans pour faire des économies en allant des excursions de la laverie jusqu'à la location de scooter moto je recommande à 4000 pour cent

I had an amazing stay at Glow Ao Nang. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the excellent service from the staff – they were always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ibrahim for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ao Nang!

如果有零分，0.5都不想給，入住體驗很差，主要是沒睡好，讓人很鬱悶，房間很吵，隔音差，空調外機吵，床頭還有異響，白天有施工吵，樓下游泳池也吵，對於睡眠不好的人來説真的很絕望，前台對華人不是很友好，區別對待，早餐也不好吃，換了幾個房間仍然不管用，沒睡好對旅遊體驗影響極壞。

這次入住四天 房間有升等 有電梯的 附近旅館好多  7-11  200公尺就到 雖然是在巷子裡 吃的用的店家很多 優點： 1.房間乾淨 舒適 有陽台 2.網路很強 有游泳池 3.空調很強 缺點： 建議：排水管 定期保養 和清理

Receptionist Leila was very sweet, she warmly responded to all our requests. The space for storing belongings in the rooms was very limited. The air conditioning was excellent and kept the room very comfortable. Room cleaning was always incomplete, but we still recommend it. P.S: The hotel had a ban on bringing durians inside, and we really appreciated that, because we’re sensitive to the smell.

My worst experience ever!! I’ve requested for a quiet room.however, when I check in my room was next to the stairs!!! The whole night I couldn’t sleep at all, because of people always walking by. The balcony is even horrible, face to the wall. Don’t get misguided by the photos. I stayed In the different hotel beside it. Not even the same one. I know for my 30+ dollars is budget hotel, but I think I still deserve not to be lied.

It has swimming pool, kids zone, bar etc. Breakfast is good. Room is good. Services are amenities are good. The toilet floor is not well designed to drain the water. Towels are not white, so cleanliness not clearly understood. Swimming pool is not cleaned properly. Overall impression is good.
