查察別墅甲米海濱度假村 (Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort)

Very nice hotel , location excellent, very clean and personal are very friendly

ไม่แนะนำ We booked a Junior Family Room for 2 nights but were “upgraded” to family villa which is almost the same as the previous room upon arrival since our room type was full. The room looked okay at first, but we immediately noticed a dirty unicorn doll placed on the bed and stained, smelly pillows – not a good first impression. At the first night, Things got much worse when we tried to shower: the water was brown and muddy. We called the front desk, and the only response we got was “we’ll send maintenance,” due the the heavy rain , May be the water can be contaminated with mud but no one ever showed up. We use bottle of water to clean ourselves. We could not take shower. The next morning, the water was even worse—dark brown in both the shower and toilet. My friend even came to front desk asked for help again, but the staff only offered bottled water to clean ourselves, which was not acceptable. They said they would find another room for us to shower, but again no one came. And we could not take shower properly. We had to leave the hotel for 永安 in the morning. We also hope that when we come back , things will be better. and staff was noticed about it. In the afternoon, we came back from 永安. When we complained later, Female staff at front desk kept repeating that it was “not the hotel’s fault” !!! They can cannot do anything. because of a broken water pipe and REFUSED to take responsibility or APOLOGIZE. We were trying to stay calm, but when she blamed and said that , that was the last straw. Since check-in we haven’t enjoyed the hospitality and comfort at all. At approx 3. P.M. We finally asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel. Only after the booking agency contacted them did they agree to refund just one night, WE LEAVE THE HOTEL WITH NO APOLOGY or EFFORT TO HELP us from front desk staff!!! only the bellboy come to help. Overall, the hotel was dirty, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The way they handled the situation showed no care for guests at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — there are plenty of better options in Krabi that actually care about their guests.

ตอนที่ไปน้ำไม่ไหลนั่งรอน้ำ3-4ชั่วโมง พอเข้าไปในห้อง มีอุจจาระอยู่ในโถส้วมห้องก็เหม็นขี้  บอกกลับ พนักงานบอกว่ารอแม่บ้านไปทำความสะอาดตอนมีน้ำแต่ทำไมไม่หาน้ำมาล้างขี้ให้ก่อน

Отель расположен с хорошими видами, но очень старенький, персонал дружелюбный. Чистота в номере отсутствует, хотя убираются каждый день. Попали в период реконструкции. Отель для туристов которые хотят посетить соседние острова, т к рядом пристань.

I’m giving this hotel a 0 review. The first room offered had mold on the ceiling and lots of bug. We got offered a second room where we ended up being woken up by construction at 7am. All today there was construction on the site of the hotel making it impossible to enjoy the amenities pools etc. We decided to check out the day after and go to another hotel. They refused to reimburse us the last nights. I travel a lot a lot and I suggest you for this price to find another hotel in Krabi.

アオナンからは少し離れていましたが、とても心地良く過ごさせて頂きました。 ただ今回はほんの少ししか海が見えないお部屋だったので、次回は出來ればしっかりオーシャンビューのお部屋にしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Nice hotel, nice location. Beach front. Good service and facilities. Recommend.

不太計較的情況下適合住，不能說不好也不會太好，房間蠻舊的，有點像20年前的好一點酒店😅，也可供親子家人住宿

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through 永安. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient. While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake too! 🥰
