โรงแรมดูเก่า พนักงานต้อนรับพูดไม่ดีเท่าไหร่ ห้องเราขอระบุไปว่าเตียงใหญ่ และขอชั้น 1 สรุปได้ชั้น 2 ให้เหตุผลว่าห้องอับ และเรื่องเตียง ได้เตียงแฝดหมดเลย แจ้งว่าtypeห้องที่จองไม่มีเตียงใหญ่ ในขณะที่ทิป.คอม แจ้งให้เลือกได้ ได้ระหว่าง เตียงแฝดหรือ เตียงใหญ่ ไม่ค่อยแนะนำโรงแรมนี้นะคะ

This is an older hotel that provides good value for money, with a friendly and efficient service. One interesting thing is that this place was clearly once more than it is now: likely affected by Covid and possibly the tsunami, as it has a bit of a ‘scaled-down’ feel about it. For example, in the main (and magnificent, by the way - worth the price alone) swimming pool, there is clearly what was once some kind of pool bar. On the first day they only offered a set meal choice for breakfast - however to say this was ample is an understatement and all seemed fresh. The following days there was the menu plus a modest buffet which looked like it was simply down to bookings - obviously why provide when only a couple of guests. I tried several things on the menu and the traditional dishes like Thai rice soup was delicious and beautifully prepared. It’s low season and so maybe also a reason for the general vibe. The staff here are lovely, warm and courteous as you’d expect in the ‘Land of Smiles’. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall I recommend both for solo, couples and families - especially those on a budget seeking a quirky place with a touch of luxury too. I would be happy to stay again on a future visit and will book the poolside room, next time. Thank you, best wishes, and I hope that this hotel can do well.

Nice and friendly staff and good location. Close to the beach and also away from the busy street, just 10 minutes of walking. Room was nice and clean, there are two pools to choose from. Overall, good stay!

The 永安 was to celebrate semi-retirement with my wife and we had an enjoyable stay at Ao Nang. The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff were quite helpful although the WiFi could have been better. The central location of the hotel along the beach front of Ao Nang meant easy accessibility to most of the attractions were within walking distance including the boats to the islands. Weather was good and we enjoyed the 3 day stay at Srisuksant.

非常非常老舊，永安訂房給的臨街，摩託車聲音徹夜不休，毛巾都是補丁，天花板裏還有異響，貌似是老鼠。淋浴噴頭可能有30年歷史的樣子。入住的房卡按金1000銖，取個毛巾要登記。招待所水平為啥要寫4星

The place is very great, just with little things to fix : 1.The shower heads are getting green ( a bit of fungus) it should be fixed. 2. The gym , the gym is very bad so they should consider putting some new equipment. Besides that, the hotel is great in terms of location, breakfast and service. The staff is super helpful.

泳池可以，孩子很喜歡游泳。酒店挺乾淨的，前台也蠻熱心的。第一天出去玩現金放在酒店忘記帶了，忐忑了一天，回來還在，瞬間對酒店的好感度拉滿。也可能是我運氣好，但無論如何現金隨時帶或者存儲在前台的保險箱。不要放房間。

特別適合度假，環境酒店環境好，房間寬敞，出門過馬路就是海邊。服務人員都特別友好，熱情。每天幫助聯繫一日遊出行團。早餐自助，很豐盛。前台有個會説中文的女孩👧，幫助我們定跳島的線路，還有去機場的車，甲米旅行美好的記憶，下次還住這裏
