Great location in the jungle, friendly service, breakfast is okay, the veiw is simply amazing Not far away from the center

Location is not so bad, it is considered nearer to the center not the beach if you want to explore the city side, but if you want to go to the beaches then this is not a good location for you. The hotel is a quite old, I wanted to use the bath tub but it was not usable, they dont have any hangers and need to ask for it, the phone in the rooms doesn’t have any numbers or directions how to call the reception and so I have to find the hotel number from google to call them for something. They didnt explain in advanced that the electricity plugs won’t give electric if one of the master light is not switched on. AC is not cooling at all and they came to fixed it by dialing the temperature to 5 degrees… Breakfast is basic with only vegetarian options and chicken sausages as the only meat product. They should have more varieties, not only carbs like this. The receptionists are old ladies which I actually don’t mind at all plus I think it is nice that they can still work, but everything is soooo slow and inefficient and they don’t explain well to foreigners about shuttles etc. Because I am Thai I can understand what they are saying.

Uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame staf. Het resort is mooi gelegen maar wel verder weg van Krabi centrum. Je hebt een grab taxi of eigen vervoer nodig. De airconditioning maakte veel lawaai, daar werd ik soms wakker van in de nacht maar je gaat eraan wennen.

Это было великолепно! Отель очень понравился. Территория огромная и очень живописная, есть большой бассейн с лежаками. Собственный пруд с кувшинками, по которому можно поплавать на каяках. Людей немного и создается поистине релаксирующая атмосфера, класссс!!! Очень рекомендую 👍👍👍

We loved this resort and felt so lucky to had found this amazing property at discount. The staff was very attentive, make us feel like royalty, the pool was incredible, the room was spacious with an amazing view, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was huge with separate shower and tub. The resort looks isolating but is not, city central is within walking distance, transportation comes quick at all times (we used Bolt), no issues with deliveries either (we used Lineman), and had no issues finding transportation for early airport flight. We purchase an island tour from a travel agency at city central and that included pickup and drop-off from this hotel, we had other plan but changed that in order to enjoy this property, highly recommended you spare a day or some time and spend it here relaxing, cannot say enough about the pool.
