Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location

Advantageous central location, fast access to public transport and city attractions. Charming stay in a historical building with all quite new inside the rooms and in public areas. Full set of necessary utensils crowned with impeccable friendly service, helpful and welcoming. Fanciful breakfast with local home-style dishes, - with something new and original every day, and winning hospitality of the staff. Great experience, highly recommended.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro di Cracovia, a pochi passi 8min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni dove si puo’ prendere la navetta per l’aeroporto al costo di 5€ . Hotel pulito, servizio cordiale , assolutamente consigliato!

Can never fault this place. Is always my 'go to stay' The staff and management are beyond polite and helpful. Will always recommend this hotel. An excellent place to stay in the heart of the city.

房間還可以，乾淨衞生。去各個景點都不是很遠，去老城和城堡都很近，早餐還可以，酒店無停車場。酒店環境一般，因為是老房子改造的。

Great rooms, whole hotel very clean and newly refurbished. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, air con great, bathroom excellent. Love the walk in shower! You can walk north west through the parks, to the main square in ten minutes, or south east to the Jewish quarter. Only slight issue is that the breakfast was...... OK. Not wonderful. After a few days, we always headed out for breakfast. There's plenty of electric scooters and bikes for hire at the end of the street, you'll need the app for these.

Room was good and a great size. Clean and modern. We had a room with a bath tub which looks very nice, but there was no standing shower. Great location for exploring the city - small coffee shops close by for breakfast.

I was Hugely Disappointed In This particular Hotel, i was welcomed in my room with Bin full of used ladies Tampons which the receptionist kindly took away as evidence,Cant imagine if my partner came & saw what her reaction would be, No shower at all,Bath Tub which unless you are a Midget is ideal , shocking thing above all was no thumb turn on my door, Lock& key on door & if fire breaks out you are a Roasted Duck, Very Disappointed with lack of security, I wouid recommend anyone booking here to look elsewhere As there is alot on offer, No English tv everything was in polish or Double Dutch, i have never written such a below standard review for any hotel i have stayed in, This one Real takes the biscuit,,
