清潔でバス停やトラムの駅も徒歩5分以內にありました。部屋に冷蔵庫やポットは設置されていませんが、各フロアのエレベーターの前にウォーターサーバーとお湯があり、コーヒーとお茶が自由に飲めるので不自由しませんでした。

房間中規中矩，乾淨整潔，前台服務非常好，距離火車站有一點距離，如果有行李不建議步行前往，因為要路過鐵路橋上下台階很費勁，有公共交通在酒店附近有站。

We enjoyed the stay. To start with the staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast selection and choices were very good. The hotel in general and the room in particular were very clean . The location was perfect and close to most tourist attractions in the city. Finally on top of all that their price was reasonable. I will use it again if needed and will recommend it to others.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Krakow Centrum for 6 nites & we booked 2 rooms and was very disappointed with both the dining experience and the room cleanliness. At the restaurant, we ordered two pork dishes—one was fine, but the other was undercooked near the bone. After informing the waitress, we were given a replacement, but it had the same issue. When I asked if the chef had been told, she said yes and explained the chef’s reasoning: “most people don’t eat that part, so it’s okay.” I was shocked by this response and spoke with the chef myself. He repeated the same thing and didn’t even apologize. Serving undercooked pork and dismissing the concern is both irresponsible and unacceptable. Room cleaning was also terrible. After housekeeping, the toilet still had a lot of hair and the shower drain was clogged. No one cleaned it until I complained to reception. The staff member who came to clear it acted annoyed, even though it was clearly a cleanliness issue that should’ve been handled earlier. The hotel has been recently renovated, which is nice, but service and hygiene need serious improvement. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Fantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!

Ogólnie w porządku. Na plus HBO w telewizji, na minus wolny internet (szybki tylko dla klientów programu All z opłaconą kartą członkowską). Dużo miejsca pod prysznicem. Max temp. jaką można ustawić to 24 stopnie. Okno można otworzyć najwyżej na kilka centymetrów (zabezpieczenie linką). Brak butelek z wodą w pokoju, jest za to karafka i szklanka, które można uzupełnić w holu ( woda zwykła, zimna, gorąca, gazowana), gdzie są też kubki, herbata, cukier. Przy biurku brak lampki stającej, jest za to wisząca. Poduszka dla mnie ciut za wysoka i za twarda. Są gniazda USB w ścianie. Brak darmowego parkingu-obok hotelu płatny interparking. Bardzo mała dostępność miejsc parkingowych z miejskiej strefy parkowania w okolicy.

Five star rating 😊 The room was cleaned and tidy, and had a modern decoration. The staff are all accommodating and very helpful in providing you information about the City (krakow). Most of the stuff are very friendly and I almost felt I was home the way I was accommodated and treated. Overall, I highly recommend the place. Superb experience😊👍🏻🫶🏻
