Stayed here because near to airport. Just here for 1 day and then leaving early the next day. This is basically convenient

Everything was ok for the prices accept the sound of water boiler should be dampened as at night it's too loud till we couldn't sleep .

The room: the room is old and the cleanliness is average but overall was okay. The lighting in the room is slightly dimmed. The A/C cannot adjust the angle. The washroom: the shower area is slightly tight space.

Not a very good hotel to stay and had a very unpleasant experience in this hotel. We have already paid for the room but they insisted to collect deposit for this 1 Star hotel and we forgot to withdraw money so we asked the receptionist where’s the nearest ATM for us to withdraw money and this is our first time in Kuantan and they just simply pointed a direction for us. Not helpful at all. We need to catch our flight so we booked the nearest hotel but next time if it happen I’m willing to stay in town in and I won’t come back to this hotel again. BYE DSH HOTEL !!! On top of that, room is not clean and toilet is so so so so so dirty and no soundproof at all. Next door who was taking shower and we can hear everything. It was our nightmare to stay in this hotel.
