酒店地理位置不錯，不過房間衞生環境很糟糕，外面大門沒鎖，任何人都能進，reception也沒有人的，雖然有cctv，還是有些危險。 負責人態度還可以，有叫人隔天再來打掃。 明白是budget酒店，可是衞生問題真的需要加強。

Gambar xada kena mengena sorry. Kali kedua repeat. Admin baik bagi bilik bawah. Air milo selalu habis cepat. Check in sendiri. Kena whatsapp/call dengan hotel. Dekat dengan bandar. Parking banyak tapi esok pagi kena bayar cepat2 dengan majlis bandaraya sebab situ tempat famous untuk kena saman.

The room quite ok and clean. But the cloth hanger is not enough. The room larger more than i expecting. It very very ok to stay here with the budget price.

不錯的入住體驗，無需帶鑰匙出門，房間空間夠大，廁所基本都齊全，只是地上有沙和灰塵，外面的咖啡和飲料都是噴出清洗機器的水。

Room size is good but insufficient hanging places for clothes. Enough for single traveler only. Only a wooden pole on wall. Air-con position is blowing directly on the head. Basin is badly cracked. No toiletries only a wall mount soap. Telco reception is sometimes non existent in room. Difficult to surf the internet, very slow and I’m using my own line not WiFi. Customer support at front desk is attentive though but only through monitor phone. No in-person contact.
