The hotel is 5 minutes away from the toll, 40 minute away from Kuantan city. The environment, amenities, and the room was awesome, fast response from the front desk!!

We are looking for some get away resort near KL and this is a perfect one. The price is a little bit higher than our budget, but it really worths for every penny. Foods were great. Reception welcomed me like a distinguished guest and provided all info and clarified all my questions very well and attentive manner. The villa was great, clean and facilities were great too. The most enjoyable part is recreation activities and they do the maintainence very well for all equipments. We will visit again.

We visited the Mangala Resort during the Christmas break for a 3-night stay, and it was truly a delightful experience. The resort was beautifully decorated for the festive season, which added a magical touch to our holiday. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, always ensuring our needs were met with a smile. We stayed in the Jala Villa, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The property itself is stunning, with scenic views and a serene atmosphere that made our stay truly relaxing. We had a fantastic time engaging in various activities during our stay. We played badminton, enjoyed swimming, and spent time at the stunning infinity pool, which offered breathtaking views. Cycling around the resort and taking long, peaceful walks were also highlights of our days. One of the staff member(Sam) even went out of their way to show us around the property with a buggy ride, which was a thoughtful gesture we appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and it was a holiday to remember. The only feedback we have is regarding the meals. While the food quality was good, the menu options were quite limited, and we feel the resort could benefit from including more variety. Additionally, the breakfast croissants were a bit dry and could be improved. Despite this, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend Mangala Resort for a peaceful, scenic, and activity-filled getaway.

Place was great, very relaxing Best thing was definitely the fooood. There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix

Stayed for 4D3N, Amani villa. Beautiful resort. So clean!! So peaceful and quiet. Not many visitors as we booked on an off-peak season. Breakfast was ok. Tried out the spa, rented the e-scooter to explore the vast landscape of the resort. Service was excellent. Spent most of our time at the villa pool, just "healing" and watching squirrels. Definitely will visit again! P.s if you are squirmish around bugs and tiny harmless insect, this resort is not for you. All villas are surrounded with trees and plants. Tiny bugs in the pool... We saw a cute metallic coloured beetle on the deck chair, and we had dragonfly flew into our room.

Smooth check in and check out.. Breakfast was fine. I just would like to highlight, that the hotel should get our Villa ready by on the light inside the Villa and the entrance when the guest arrives late at night. It was so dark at the Villa entrance.. tv no sound but the maintenance did a good job..he came very fast after we informed the reception..there is a yellowish stain on the bed duvet ( in future do check before guest check in).. Overall it was a pleasant stay.. we love the concept of this resort..it's so peaceful, greenish and healing.
