🪳🪳🪳a lot of cockroach.Not recommended, especially for women, it is better to read the reviews before booking this hotel. There is only a bed and a small cabinet in the room, the sheets and quilt are yellowed and look ugly. There are no other facilities, not even toilet paper.

Very bad condition, the room had many kecoa, smell very bads , the blankets smells very bads. We dificults to find the location events the drive could not find the exact position is. We will not Come back again for next 永安 for sure. Thanks

The receptionist was incredibly rude and shouted at some customers in front of me. The room itself was in a terrible condition - dirty sheets, a musty smell that made it hard to breathe, and worst of all, cockroaches. The pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom was just as bad - filthy, lacking toilet paper, and clearly not well-maintained. Given these conditions, I felt uneasy staying there, but I had no choice as I had already booked my stay. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to warn future guests. This hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

如果窮遊馬來西亞就對了，一個單間，可以充電，空間也還行，洗澡的地方，是公共的，衹要錯開時間，個人感覺很滿意，這裏最好的賣點是可以坐公交地鐵到各個地方。記住網上定更便宜，現場交錢，她們要加税。

The location is great. Very close to a night market where the choices for food are yours. Besides, lots of cheap and good restaurant around. Several massage salon if you need. On the other hand, the building is old and so are the facilities in the hostel, reality is very far from photos in the profile. No hot water, nor paper toilet in the bathroom

店主菲律賓的，極盡涼薄，毫無同情心可言。照片裏的摩洛哥小哥在菲律賓丟了錢包，到馬來西亞身無分文，陷入困境，本打算在那樹下度過一夜，和我述説以後我發了善心，帶他去賓館，然而，由於不少門店沒有付款寶付款方式，而我們又沒有現金，又選錯了門店，夜裡十二點才在這家店訂了房，可因為夜裡打不到車，到店的時候已經凌晨三點，老闆娘説房沒有了，要我們早上七點來，我們提出在客廳沙發上休息一下，她要我付一夜一間房的全款。當時那個氣，我連續訂了四晚的房，居然也不坐沙發一下。我和她説清楚，我衹是為了這孩子訂的，我會在八點離開，她硬是死活不肯，把我們趕出門店。第二天七點多我們進去，早早有人退了房，她卻慢慢做衞生，擺明不給我們儘早入住的機會。在國內天性善良，用慣了微信付款寶，真的體驗一次非常糟糕的旅行。
