The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the unit needs significant improvement. I found cockroaches under the bed as well as in the toilet, living room, and kitchen sink. I would strongly recommend the owner arrange a thorough deep cleaning and defogging of the entire place. It would also help to properly air out the unit before guests arrive, as the room had a strong chemical smell when I first entered.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance My stay at Aurora Place Homestay was far from satisfactory. The room was *noticeably dirty*, with dust and stains, and the *bathroom was unclean* as well. The **fan made constant noise*, making it hard to sleep.Even the *sofa was dirty and unkempt*. For the price paid, I expected better hygiene and maintenance. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this homestay unless significant improvements are made.
