我原本住18樓床單都是爛的又舊，然後更換到23樓，今天我提前離開，我女朋友去退房，我給了100美金按金現金，退房前台和我女朋友説我用的是信用卡結賬沒有按金單，開始的時候時候我問為什麼沒有按金單，前台那個黑黑的男人説不需要，那我想問問我們錢去哪裡了？然後whastpp的管家聯絡方式，説話都不回覆的，這個公寓服務真的差到極致！ 麻煩快點聯絡我把錢還給我

非常滿意的入住體驗！酒店地理位置優越，就在Pavilion旁邊，購物、美食都非常方便。房間寬敞乾淨，景觀超美，可以看到KL Tower和雙子塔。設施齊全，泳池和健身房都很棒。工作人員態度熱情、服務周到。整體體驗非常舒適，下次來吉隆坡一定還會再住！

Love everything during my stay just that during check in, the front desk lady isn’t that friendly.

Love the location. However, check -in is a problem. Got to get somebody pick me up, then go to level 11 for check-in. Understand security is the reason, however cannot understand why having a staff at front desk constantly playing w her hp, when u asked a question, she just point u the security.

Overall an ok stay, can’t expect like a hotel service since it’s Residence.  Walkable to pavilion, thru the bridge.  Big bathtub is the plus point.

To Banyan, I am writing to formally document our experience for our recent 5-night stay at Banyan, due to unacceptable room conditions that fell far below the expected standard of hospitality. Upon check-in, both rooms assigned to us had a strong musty and mildew odor, particularly from the pillows and bedding. The air quality in the rooms was poor and raised significant health concerns, especially for my wife and children. These conditions were clearly unsuitable for a safe and comfortable stay. While we appreciate that the hotel eventually provided a room upgrade as a form of service recovery, the inconvenience of having to shift rooms — especially with young children — was highly disruptive. To avoid further hassle to my family, we chose to remain for the remainder of the stay despite the initial experience. We were advised by the hotel that any request for a refund must be made through the platform we booked with, 永安 instead given the unacceptable condition of the original rooms and the overall disruption to our stay. This message serves as a formal record of our experience and a request for prompt processing of the refund. We would appreciate the hotel’s support in acknowledging the matter in writing, to facilitate this claim with 永安. Thank you for your urgent attention.

Was very satisfied with my room until 1 big cockroach appeared in my toilet on day 2 night and 2 big cockroaches on day 3 morning. I am a lady who’s very afraid of cockroaches. Didn’t expect this from a 4 stars hotel! Whatsapp replies were prompt, asking for help and they came quickly. Requested for room change on day 3 but they said fully booked. Guest can only park free on level 9, need to spend alot of time driving up and down so gizzy. Convenient link bridge to Pavilion.

We got an early check-in, timely advice upon arrival at the lobby about parking and where to check-in. Room was musky though. Didn't get a good sleep, so likely not returning, though no fault of anyone. The staff were friendly and polite.

Booked this as we wanted access to a mall. I must say it’s well connected over a bridge at level 2. Large clean rooms with nice amenities. Check in was a slight hassle though. Need to contact them at level 16 to have them bring you up. Carpark access was a plus though you need to drive up the ramp more than 15 times to reach level 9. Wasn’t given an access card until day 2 as it was full. All else it was a pleasant stay. Will be back as it’s a stone throw away from Pavilion mall
