I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would be happy to stay again in the future.

This hotel was very disappointing and we would definitely not stay here again. When we first arrived, the lady at reception said I had to pay for the tourist tax even though I had already paid for it when I made the booking. When we finally made it to the room, I noticed that there was no hot water for the shower even though the app said the room had hot water. When I spoke to the lady at reception about the hot water she said that we would be moved into another room with hot water once it had been cleaned. After waiting for about 3 hours I went back to the reception to enquire about the hot water to which I was told that no rooms with hot water were available and they didn’t seem very interested in helping. Once I told the reception that I would cancel the booking unless they gave us a room with hot water we were moved to another hotel up the street with hot water. Overall we had a very bad experience with this hotel.

Shower air panas belum ada , tv belum ada , air minum tidak di bagi , cermin macam beli 2 Ringgit , family room macam sempit .kurang puas . Fasilitas only handuk saja di bagi .

Good location but shady surrounding, not family friendly. Room dirty and smelly, AC works, door has a lock from 18 century. Sheets and beddings yelow shade of white... Cheap. Did not stay. 永安 returned my money , although hotel refused. Simple one hour cleaning and good beddings wash would improve room 500%. Why not do it? No photo of the room sorry.
