This hotel is okay. The room was spacious enough for me. Nice bathroom, bed was comfy, and it had a kettle, etc, in the room. My only problem was it had no window (it did say some rooms are without a window) but i didn't think it was that busy so I thought I'd just been given a room with a window, obviously not. I didn't realise how much a window made such a difference (even though I wasn't in the room for long). Waking up in the morning, wanting to know what to wear, looking out the window... I couldn't. There was a massive storm & I wanted to watch it... no window, I couldn't. I will learn from this. There was a whiff of smoke throughout the hotel (it felt like i was back in the 90's, smelling the stale smoke). Maybe replace the carpets with tiles. My Grab driver recommended that I didn't walk alone at night outside (he dropped me off at night). The location is okay. I walked everywhere (daytime) & didn't feel unsafe. This hotel had everything (apart from a window) i needed for 2 nights. Cheap and cheerful Thanks

they post the pretty room that i show on photo 2 is different， they give the room that i show on photo 1 and it say the pretty room dont have anymore，sound like cheating customer and it Rm250 ，and the customer service also very bad no smiling ，not recommend this hotel

The location waa in an alley that was unlit at night. The hotel smells really old despite them diffusing fragrances in the lobby. Reception staff was absolutely unfriendly, no smiles, no words until we asked questions. The room had peeling wallpaper and stains. Dirt can be seen in the light lantern hanging over the bed. The bed and pillows were old and hard, can't sleep properly and woke up with backache.

Good locations but facilities are a bit of outdated.

I choose to stay at Kingston Hotel 3 just because I need quite place and easy access to Bukit Bintang. Everything is good to me.
